Delhi is a city in Northern India. It’s more polluted than most other cities in the world.
These images are from November last year. They show the very high levels of pollution.
But these images are very different to images today. The sky is blue during the Coronavirus emergency.
The change happened after the country entered lockdown. The government closed industries, stopped construction and shut down public transport. Also, there aren’t many cars on the road.
Siddarth Singh is an energy and climate expert. He says that air pollution is a human problem.
