Bobi is an old dog. Bobi was born on May 11th 1992. He's 30 years old. No other dog's this old. Bobi now has a Guinness World Record.
Bobi lives in a small village in Portugal. His owner’s Leonel Costa. Leonel takes care of Bobi. He gives Bobi “human food” without spices. And Bobi doesn’t stay at home. He walks around the village everyday. He gets lots of love and care from Costa too. All of this makes Bobi healthy.
Dogs like Bobi usually live for 12 to 14 years. But Bobi has a good life. His only health problem was in 2018.
Before Bobi, an Australian dog had the world record. His name was Bluey. Bluey lived from 1910 to 1939. He lived to 29 years old. This dog had the record for nearly 100 years.
People are happy for Bobi. They want Bobi to see his 31st birthday in May. Long live Bobi!
