Land falls into the sea in Norway - 12th June 2020

Some land fell into the sea in Norway. 8 houses also fell into the sea.

The land was 500m long. This was a lot of land. In the past, small bits of land fell into the sea.

Jan Bakkeby was in his house. His house started to move. He knew there was a problem. He left his house and went up a mountain. Then, he recorded the event.

Emergency services went to the area. They searched the area.

Everybody was OK. There was one dog in the sea. A helicopter saved the dog.

Nobody knows what made the land go into the sea.
