There were many searches in the past. This time, experts used modern technology. Three hundred people helped. Many fans watched online.
Before the search, some people said they heard sounds in the lake. But experts think it could be gas or other animals. Alan McKenna is the head of Loch Ness Exploration. He thinks it could be the lake monster. But he’s waiting for more evidence.
Every year, many tourists travel to the lake. They’re interested in the story. Scotland earns $51 million from this every year.
They didn’t find anything in the lake this time. But fans still believe there’s a monster in the lake. Some think it's a type of dinosaur. An 8-year-old girl thinks the monster’s hiding with her babies.
