Now, their uniform is different.

Women cabin crew usually have to work in shoes with high heels.
Sometimes, they wear high heels for 12 hours a day.
This gives the women problems with their toes.
They have to go to foot doctors.
SkyUp asked their workers about the uniform.
The women wanted comfortable clothes.
Now they can wear trainers, comfortable jackets and trousers.
Other airlines changed their uniforms too.
Women cabin crew at Japan Airlines and Norwegian Air can now wear comfortable shoes.
SkyUp's plan is unusual in Ukraine.
The country’s main airline is Ukraine International Airlines.
It’s 30 years old.
It doesn’t want to change.
It wants to keep its smart, uncomfortable uniforms.
