Lots of people bought things for their homes and gardens.

But now, they don't want these items.

A survey questioned 4,000 people.

One in ten people are sorry for buying things because now, they don't use them.

These items included home gyms, musical instruments and garden furniture.

Many people wanted to start a new hobby.

Some used their holiday money.

Nicki Charles is a director at Aviva.

She said that a lot changed in 2020.

We changed the way we work.

And we have different things in our homes too.

Lots of people bought pizza ovens and outside fires.

Now, accidents and fires are increasing.

Fires in outbuildings, like garages and sheds, went up 16 percent last year.
