With a population of two million, Lesotho has had 10 years of failed governments.
None of them received a majority of the votes or ever completed their time in office.
Because of this, many people are unwilling to vote again.
Millionaire businessman Sam Matekane hopes to inspire the public to vote with his new 'Revolution for Prosperity' party (RFP), which is only 6 months old.
Voters are interested in making their lives better.
There are a total of 120 parliamentary seats, and the RFP has already received the majority of the votes.
Supporters came out to celebrate in the streets ahead of the results.
Meanwhile, Sam Matekane thanked them - especially young voters - for their support.
