His name's Michael Lopez-Alegria.
The other three people are rich businessmen.
They paid to visit space.
One is American investor Larry Connor.
Mark Pathy is a Canadian investor.
The third is Israeli investor Eytan Stibbe.
The 8 day trip cost each person $55 million.
But they have 25 research projects to do.
They're making space buildings with smart tiles.
They're doing tests to stop diseases too.
Axiom's astronauts are working with 7 space station astronauts.
Three are from the US.
One's from Germany.
And three are from Russia.
Axiom wants to build a private space station.
This will replace the International Space Station.
