In Sweden, lots of sick people use apps.

They use the apps to get healthy.

The apps became popular 18 months ago.

One health app helps people to move.

One user, Ewa-Lena Rasmusson, has leg problems.

Every day, she does five-minute exercises.

At first, the exercises were difficult for her.

But now they're easy.

The app helped her to get around.

"I can really feel the difference," says Ms Rasmusson.

This app shows exercise videos.

And users can get advice from a doctor online.

But, other apps are popular too.

In Sweden, 20% of people used an app in autumn 2020.

And, 10% were above 65 years old.

Some people are worried.

One expert from the Swedish Medical Association says apps are not the only answer.

They cannot help with all problems.

But the results for health apps are good.

Users say they really help to stop pain.
