Plants enjoy opera - 17th July 2020
This is the opera house in Barcelona. It was closed for 3 months. It opened last week. The first concert was a bit different.
There weren’t any people in the audience. There were 2,292 plants. Each chair had one plant. Each plant had a ticket.
The musicians played some famous music. The plants watched the show. They loved the music.
Eugenio Ampudia is a Spanish artist. He created the concert. He studies plants in human places.
The concert finished. Ampudia gave the plants to the Clinic de Barcelona. The doctors worked very hard in the past 3 months. They loved the plants.
The concert was put online. Now, other plants can enjoy the show.
