Mr Huang makes useful things.
He made this special fish tank.
Other pets, like dogs and cats, can go outside with their owners.
He wanted fish to go out too.
Huang planned how to let fish see the world.
He read about fish for weeks.
Finally, he built this special fish tank.
He found things to use around him.
Huang needed strong fish.
So he chose goldfish.
Then he started making the fish tank.
It cost about $400 to make.
The fish can see out of the big plastic tank.
Outside, people can't stop looking at Huang and his fish.
He hopes children will learn from it.
Adults and children are interested in Huang's new tank.
And the fish are having a good time too.
