Fashion shows are live again.

But, one group is focusing on renewable fashion.

They want people to learn to fix their old clothes.

The group's name is Street Stitching.

They sat on chairs outside popular fashion shops.

And, they sewed old clothes.

They did this in 15 countries.

Suzi Warren started the group.

The group wants people to sew their old clothes.

They want people to stop throwing away clothes.

People must recycle their old clothes.

Madeleine Tanato is a Street Stitcher.

She would like people to remember they can fix their clothes.

They don't have to buy new ones.

Madeleine Tanato: "I hope that by just seeing people stitching you know, with, you know this was my mother's you know, something that was my son's or something very simple and also being in a sort of big, busy high street can help people understand that it's not something that's beyond them."

Street Stitching has a QR code for their website.

This website teaches people how to sew.

Glo Sherman was happy to see the Street Stitchers.

Glo Sherman: "Recently I've done more of it and it's because people have reminded me that it's better to repair these things and also because there are clothes I have I really like and I don't want to get rid of them."
